Hello! My name is Sarah, and I am the founder of The Cottage Biscuit Bakery (Formally Sarah's Cakes & Bakes)

 

From a young age I loved to bake and enjoyed nothing more than spending time in the kitchen baking delicious treats for my family and friends. After finishing school I decided to take my passion further and enrolled at the National Bakery School in London, where I gained a 1st class honours degree in Baking Technology Management. 

 

My business was founded 8 years ago at my parents thatched cottage. I produce a wide range of baked goods but now specialise in beautifully hand iced, hand baked biscuits which celebrate all occasions.

My special biscuits are carefully packaged, can be posted nationwide and make the perfect gift for any event. Biscuits can be personalised and a gift card added as well. There is certainly something for everyone!

My production area is registered and inspected by my local council and holds a 5* hygiene rating.
